We checked out early from our one night stay at Tower Court Motel for breakfast, but there weren't many shops open. Thankfully this cafe was and despite being busy, we managed to snag a decent breakfast.
Bayaroma is what you'd expect from a cafe along any of the busiest beach strips on the east coast: charming and laid-back. Unlike some establishments, there are no dress codes to follow, so anyone can walk barefoot straight off the sandy beaches and order a meal indoors or opt for more sunshine in their alfresco area.
Glancing at the meals other patrons were being served up, their all day big brekkies appeared extremely popular. Their menu also had vegetarian and gluten-free options, which was fantastic, as I wasn't particularly looking for a meat-fest first thing in the morning. The SO was though, which explains his breakfast choice.
This costs about AUD$14+,
which isn't bad seeing as there wasn't as much fat in the bacon as there could've been.
This costs AUD$13+
and while the baked beans are nothing to crow about,
the harsh brown is crispy and mushrooms are bursting with juiciness.
Oh, and the poached eggs were perfect.
