Christmas dinner
26th-Dec-2008 12:27 pm
Christmas dinner at our home is far from traditional. In fact, there isn't any tradition we have, save having the dinner.

The parents did order 2 platters from Jason's Marketplace, but they were terribly bland and not worth the price paid for them. Thank goodness for the dimsum, curry puffs and my mother-in-law's traditional Christmas pudding.

seeign curry puffs makes me sad
I messed up making them on xmas eve LOL
the pastry flour-butter proportion screwed up cos I forgot that flour is much lighter and 240g is about 2 cups instead of 1 LOL

*pat pat* Curry puffs are not easy to make at all. Just try again or take the lazy option and use ready-made puff pastry. XD
