I'll get to the blow-by-blow account of sassystrawberry and HH's wedding from my perspective, but in the meantime, this is a humble hommage to the food.
A western style wedding meal isn't very common in an Asian culture, where many families insist that more traditional foods are served 'for the older folk'. I think sassystrawberry and HH found a very comfortable middle job in their wedding lunch, and kudos to the chefs for pulling out great quality for the 200 odd guests.
And then there was the dessert buffet. Not pictured are the egg tart, yam, red bean soup, fruit platter, meringues and ice-cream.
